A Settlement has been reached with OneTouchPoint Corp. (“Defendant” or “OTP”) in a class action lawsuit concerning a cybersecurity incident it suffered that resulted in potential compromise of the Private Information of current and former patients or subscribers of OTP’s clients and OTP employees’ Private Information in April 2022 (the “Data Incident”). The lawsuit is captioned Dusterhoft v. OneTouchPoint, Inc., Case No. 2025CV002181, pending in the Circuit Court of Waukesha County, Wisconsin (the “Lawsuit”). OTP denies each and all of the claims and contentions alleged against it in the Lawsuit and denies all charges of wrongdoing or liability alleged (or which could be alleged) in the Lawsuit but has agreed to a settlement to avoid the costs and risks associated with continuing the litigation.
